Shipping

How your snacks get to you.

• Orders ship from Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, usually within 1–2 business days.
• Canada Post calculates shipping rates and delivery times at checkout.
• We ship to every province and territory in Canada, and internationally where the carrier and destination allow. If you order from outside Canada, you're responsible for checking your local import rules. Duties, taxes and customs delays are your responsibility, and a customs hold is not grounds for a refund.
• If something arrives crushed or broken, email contact@mysnackshack.ca and we'll sort it out case by case.
